Recently, a friend and colleague asked Charlie and me to speak on his radio show about what it’s like to run a business together as a couple. To prepare for the interview, he asked me to think about what advice I would give to other entrepreneur’s spouses. In particular, he asked what salient points I would share with couples who end up doing a start-up together where one partner is more of an ‘entrepreneur’ by nature than the other.
