How 9/11 Changed Our Entrepreneurial Path

On September 8, 2001, we hosted a party to launch our startup cider business. It was a beautiful late-summer day and hundreds of friends and family gathered at our 430-acre apple orchard in the Eastern Townships of Quebec to join us in the celebration. We were very excited, as it was the first official unveiling of our new flagship ice cider, made from the apples collected during our Fall 2000 harvest.
